Frequently asked questions
Payment information can be be updated in the Subscriptions section. In your account portal, hover over your name in the top left corner and choose Account Management from the dropdown menu. Navigate to Subscriptions and click Update next to your membership information.
Users can change their password outside of your portal and while logged in. If you forget your password, use the Forget Password option on the account login page to create a new one. There is also a Change Password option at the bottom of your Account Management Home page.
In your account portal, hover over your name in the top left corner and choose Account Management from the dropdown menu. Navigate to Subscriptions and click Cancel next to your membership information.
